Messages submitted via trainer site contact forms are stored in our database using Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore.
Calendly (Appointment scheduling and booking, where enabled on a trainer site). Calendly processes booking data to provide the scheduling functionality and to deliver booking confirmations/updates. (Calendly.com). Only data you actively provide will be processed.
These services may process some user data on our behalf. We aim to use third parties under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share personal data only as needed to provide the services described above (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payments, push notifications, and appointment scheduling where enabled).

Our app includes an optional workout sharing feature that allows you to generate a shareable link to display your fitness progress publicly.

For inquiries submitted through site contact forms and scheduling requests, we retain the information as needed to respond and administer the relationship, unless a longer retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute prevention).
Our app is not directed to children under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information.
